HC Deb 29 November 1982 vol 33 c63W
Mr. Woolmer

asked the Minister for Trade if, upon the conclusion of the consultations between his aviation security advisers, the British Airports Authority and British Airways, he will make a statement on the main lessons to be drawn and any action to follow upon them.

Mr. Sproat

It is undersirable to give more publicity than necessary to details of changes in security procedures because knowledge of them might be helpful to terrorists. But when the consultations are complete I will consider what information it is appropriate to publish, and how.
