§ Mr. George Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether Islington borough council has yet applied for authority to spend any of the special funds for housing works available for expenditure before April 1983.
§ Sir George YoungThe Department has now received an application from Islington borough council to spend an 593W additional 12 million in 1982–83. This is being considered urgently and a decision will be given very soon.
