§ Mr. WaddingtonInformation on the number of cases which did not comply with the notification requirements of the Employment Protection Act 1975 could be provided only at a disproportionate cost. To date my Department has used its powers under section 104 of the Act on 790 occasions. The powers under section 105 have not been used.
