§ Mr. PattieWe have always made it clear to prospective exhibitors that the Department retains the right to decide what should and what should not be displayed at Ministry of Defence sponsored exhibitions. We have decided not to permit the display of electric shock appliances in the future since Ministry of Defence equipment exhibitions are not designed to promote equipment of this kind.
