§ Mr. KingOur decisions on the location of the proposed additional enterprise zones in England were based on applications submitted by local authorities and new town corporations. No application was submitted by Welwyn Hatfield district council. We have no intention of setting up further enterprise zones beyond those now announced. All designations have required the clear commitment of the local authorities concerned.
