§ Dr. VaughanThirty-seven organisations, firms and individuals have commented on the report of the Insolvency Law Review Committee. A further 23 organisations, some with substantial interests in the insolvency field, intend to provide detailed comments in due course. I look forward to receiving these and those of any others who wish to make known their views on this.
It is not the Department's normal practice to list the individuals who commented as part of the consultation.
