§ Mr. WaddingtonI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the case of Nethermere (St. Neots) Ltd. v Taverna and Another. I have not had the opportunity of studying the employment appeal tribunal's judgment in this case, but I understand that leave to appeal has been given to the company by the tribunal. I am therefore not in a position to comment further at this stage.
