§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe Manpower Services Commission is now working urgently both with the Confederation of British Industry and the Trades Union Congress and with individual employers' organisations and unions to achieve our objective of training to recognised standards for all the main craft, technician, and professional skills by 1985.
