The principal establishment and finance officer designate who will take up post on 4 January 1983 is a Bachelor at Law and a member of the Middle Temple. During his career he has had considerable experience of resource management; he has carried out significant responsibilities in the financial field and has been responsible for the supervision and management of teams of highly skilled staff. He has frequently been involved by the establishment and finance division in interviewing, performance appraisal and promotion reviews.
