§ Mr. MellorConsultants have recently completed a study for my Department of the feasibility of combined heat and power district heating in the nine areas announced by my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Energy on 12 March 1981. The consultants' report has been sent to local authorities and others for comment.
