§ Lord BelsteadThere are no plans to upgrade our Consular status in Toulouse. I am satisfied that the increase in business activity arising from the United Kingdom participation in the Airbus Industrie programme can be handled by existing staff in Paris and Bordeaux, assisted by the Honorary Consul in Toulouse, who has long experience of the aerospace industry.
