§ Mr. WigginThe band of Royal Marines Commando Forces served on board SS "Canberra" and the band of Flag Officer, Third Flotilla on board SS "Uganda". Bandsmen undertook a variety of duties, including acting as stretcher bearers and guarding prisoners of war. They also, of course, helped to entertain those on board the ships.
