§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe Liverpool health authority is drawing up a strategy for the long-term future of health services in the city. Preliminary discussions have already been held with trade unions and the community health councils. Once it has analysed all the options for the future, the authority will formally consult all interested local bodies on its draft strategy.
