§ Mr. ButcherThis is a matter for the boards of the NRDC and the NEB. It is for them to allocate the funds available to them as between individual projects and sectors. Details of their actual expenditure are set out in their annual reports and accounts and in the monthly list of NEB shareholdings. Copies of all these documents are available in the Library.
