§ Dr. BoysonMy right hon. Friend recognises that this scheme could have significant implications for schools. Circular 6/82 explains that he is considering with the local authority associations the nature of existing arrangements involving schools in MSC programmes as a first step114W towards further discussion on this matter. The circular also asks LEAs to provide information about their plans for accommodating MSC programmes. Their replies are being analysed and will give an indication of the extent to which school premises are likely to be used for this purpose.
