(2) if the evidence submitted to the maternity services advisory committee during its consideration of the minimum standards of obstetrics and neonatal care will be published during the consultation period.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe maternity services advisory committee was asked to consider a paper setting out the Department's preliminary ideas on this subject, and offered a number of comments. I am considering the next steps in the light of its advice.
