§ Mr. BiffenThe basement of Norman Shaw (South) is not suitable for Members' occupation, but I understand that proposals for the use of the lower ground floor are being prepared by the Department of the Environment whereby some accommodation for Members might become available. When complete, the proposals will be considered by the Accommodation and Administration Sub-Committee.
