§ Mr. Robert Atkinsasked the Minister for Trade whether he will place in the Library a copy of the study commissioned by his Department from the Committee on Invisible Exports, concerning the removal of barriers to free trade in services.
§ Mr. Peter Rees[pursuant to his reply, 12 November 1982, c. 284.]: A copy of the report by the COIE committee on the liberalisation of trade in services—LOTIS—has been placed in the Library. I should point out that it was not commissioned by my Department, although the Department did indicate on what areas it thought the committee could most usefully concentrate. I was very glad to receive its report.
