(2) what information as to the end user is made available to his Department as part of an application for the export of SAl22 and SA120 shock batons and shock prods.
§ Mr. Peter ReesIt is the long standing practice not to disclose information about applications for export licences or licences granted. Before reaching a decision on an application of this kind, my Department would need to see and consider the official order from the overseas Government concerned.
