§ Dr. VaughanI regard the illegal taping of records and other copyright infringements, particularly for commercial gain, as a serious and urgent problem. We are currently analysing the comments that have been received in response to the Government's Green Paper on copyright (Cmnd. 8302) with a view to taking any necessary action in this area.
