§ Mr. HeseltineI last visited Merseyside on 4/5 November. I visited the ITEC in Liverpool 8, met officials of my task force, addressed a Merseyside Police Federation meeting and I announced a major new housing initiative at Knowsley concerning the Cantril Farm housing estate.
