§ Dr. VaughanMy responsibilities are confined to the supply of any products that can be misused in this way, where they fall within my general responsibility for the safety of goods for the consumer. I understand that removing the intoxicating substances from glue would make it in most cases useless for its proper purpose. The same would apparently be true of the many other products that can be "sniffed". So it appears that any steps I might take to stop the sniffing of products containing intoxicating substances would prevent their legitimate use.
