§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsFollowing consideration of proposals from a number of local authorities in Wales, I have decided that the location of a further enterprise zone in Wales should be Flint. I shall be discussing with the Delyn borough council the exact boundaries of a zone, planning proposals and administrative arrangements.
I am also examining the possibility of one further enterprise zone development elsewhere in Wales, and I shall be having early consultations with the local authorities about this.
