§ Mr. Eldon Griffithsasked the Secretary of State for Defence what arrangements he is making to provide suitable accommodation for the increasing number of airmen and their families who will be required to live within reasonable distance of RAF Honington in connection with the building of the Tornado force.
§ Mr. WigginThere are sufficient modern airmen's married quarters available to accommodate all the Service men to be based at RAF Honington. However, a number of airmen and their families are at present located further away from Honington than we would wish and it is hoped to be able to move a major proportion of these closer to the station during the next 18 months or so.
