Member for Woolwich, East (Mr. Cartwright) on 9 November 1982.—[Vol. 31, c. 118.] The reduction of intakes to initial teacher training will contribute to the planned contraction of higher education expenditure 277W nationally. It is for the college and its maintaining local education authority in the first instance to identify what savings may be secured and which other courses will be affected at the college.
