§ Mr. OnslowThe Government of St. Christopher-Nevis have asked that a constitutional conference should be convened with a view to independence being granted to St. Christopher-Nevis under section 10(2) of the West Indies Act 1967. I have invited the State's Government and Opposition parties to send representatives to a constitutional conference to begin at Lancaster House on 7 December.
