§ Mr. ParkinsonIt is not possible to provide a precise list of subjects within my responsibilities as Paymaster General on which I might, exceptionally, decline to answer questions. I shall continue to consider all questions on their merits. There has been no change in practice since the date referred to by the hon. Member.
