HC Deb 11 November 1982 vol 31 c209W
Mr. Race

asked the Attorney-General if he will list those topics on which it is not his practice to answer parliamentary questions; and if he will list any changes in his practice since 9 November 1979.

The Attorney-General

There have been no changes in practice since 9 November 1979; examples of questions which I might exceptionally decline to answer on grounds other than cost remain as listed in the answer given to the hon. Member for Birmingham, Perry Bar (Mr. Rooker) on 9 November 1979.—[Vol. 973, c.375.]
