§ Mr. David HowellI am continuing discussions withLloyd's Register of Shipping on the proposed transfer of goods vehicle and public service vehicle testing to the new Lloyd's Register Vehicle Testing Authority—LRVTA. I expect that LRVTA will be able to take on responsibility for testing next summer. We have yet to reach final agreement on all the terms of the transfer.
