§ The Prime MinisterI visited Bonn on 28–29 October for the regular six-monthly bilateral consultations at Head of Government level. The consultations provided an excellent opportunity for an early exchange of views with the new Federal Chancellor, Dr. Kohl. On 29 October I also visited Berlin.
