Member for Salford, East (Mr. Allaun) of 28th October 1982.—[Vol. 29, c.473–74.] Final decisions on the size of the garrison and the associated investment in infrastructure and equipment have not yet been taken, but an additional £424 million has been provided for 1983–84 to cover garrison costs, including capital expenditure.
