§ Mr. Sproat[pursuant to his reply, 8 November 1982, c. 27]: I assume that the hon. Gentleman in referring to the British Airport Authority's proposal to build a new terminal and associated facilities at Stansted airport. The authority has estimated that, subject to the outcome of the current public inquiry, the capital expenditure involved would be about £380 million at 1981 prices.
