§ Mr. MacfarlaneI have seen a copy of this report. The Government's attitude to this so-called blacklist of sportsmen and women is well known; we do not recognise it and will not act upon it. Individuals named in the blacklist must make up their own minds as to how it affects their links with South Africa.
