§ Dr. BoysonMy right hon. Friend is well aware that it is in the interests of all concerned that he should decide these proposals at the earliest practicable date. He will do so once he has considered the views of those who have asked to make representations; I recently met the third of the hon. Member's deputations and have still to meet two other deputations.
