§ Mr. Neil MartenWe are aware that certain countries in the region suffered irregular rainfall last season and that there were poor harvests. We have provided assistance in the form of food, or vehicles for its distribution, to Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe, either bilaterally or through international action.
