§ Mr. Raison[pursuant to his reply, 25 May 1982, c. 265]: Records available to me, which may be incomplete, show no person proceeded against in 1979 and three persons proceeded against in 1980 for conspiracy to contravene section 21(1) of the Copyright Act 1956; all of these three were fined and the average fine imposed was about £1,400. Information for 1981 and 1982 is not yet available.
