Mr. J. Enoch Powellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will seek to obtain and place in the Library a translation of the agreement of July 1977 between the Atomic Research Company of Karlsruhe and the Argentine Commission for Atomic Energy, and of any subsequent agreements between those parties.
