§ Mr. Scott[pursuant to his reply, 25 May 1982, c. 304.]: Yes, Funds have been transferred from the Department of Manpower Services' Votes to Department of Education Votes to meet the extra cost of staff and accommodation approved for further education colleges in Northern Ireland.
