§ Mr. MacFarlaneNo. The provisions in the Wildlife and Countryside Act contain the necessary safeguards. The Government are proceeding as quickly as possible with the finalisation of the procedures and regulations necessary prior to introducing the outstanding sections of part II of the Act.
