§ Mr. John MacKayThe protein fractionation centre of the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service is funded as part of the common services agency of the Scottish Health Service, and any requests for additional funding in respect of the centre will be given due consideration in the context of the overall needs of the Health Service and the resources available to meet those needs.
