§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will take steps to encourage new industry into the constituency of East Aberdeenshire, in view of rising unemployment including the threat of closure of further fish processing factories with a loss of hundreds of jobs and the lack of any other employment in the area.
