§ Mr. Freesonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment, pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Paddington (Mr. Wheeler) on 18 May, Official Report, c. 72, when he expects the necessary works to have been completed to enable the reopening of the Serpentine lido in Hyde Park.
§ Mr. MacfarlaneI have now received professional advice on the necessary works to enable the lido to be properly chlorinated and I am considering the options. I will let the right hon. Member know as soon as possible when the lido can be reopened.
