§ Mr. Alexander FletcherMy right hon. Friend has noted the contents of the report although it has not been formally submitted to him. The Government's policy remains as previously stated by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade, namely, that the Scottish Lowland airports should continue to fulfil their present role as complements to each other.
