§ Mr. Brightasked the Minister for Trade what alterations to the British Airports Authority's capital investment programme have been agreed in consultation with his Department since the publication of the authority's last annual report in July 1981.
§ Mr. SproatThe authority's capital investment programme is reviewed annually by my Department in conjunction with the Treasury. The outcome of the 1981 review and a commentary on forecast expenditure on fixed assets over the period to 1984–85 is given on page 83 and in table 3.2 of volume two of the "Government's Expenditure Plans 1982–83 to 1984–85", Cmnd. 8494—II, which was presented to Parliament in March 1982 by my right hon. and learned Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
