§ Mr. PattieNo. For security reasons it would not be appropriate to give details of the regulations involved. However, these regulations which govern movement of all nuclear weapons by the Ministry of Defence within this country follow the very strict criteria laid down by the nuclear weapons safety committee, an independent body which reports directly to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Defence.
