§ The Prime MinisterMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs is meeting the other Foreign Ministers of the European Community in Brussels today and tomorrow. He will take up with them the way in which the Luxembourg compromise was set aside at last week's Agriculture Council, and the very serious implications of that development. The House will have an opportunity to debate the matter on Wednesday.
