§ Mr. MellorThe chairman of the campaign wrote to me on 8 April welcoming as encouraging the advances242W made by the industries in the changes they were making to their code. He raised some detailed points about the implementation and monitoring of these changes. I have asked the industries and the Electricity and National Gas Consumers' Councils to consider these points.
