§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe results of the Annual Review of Agriculture for 1982 are contained in the White Paper—Cmnd. 8491—published on 17 February 1982. The guaranteed prices for wool and potatoes were announced on 23 March 1982. As to the CAP price settlement, I refer the hon. Member to the statement made by my right hon.
