§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsNew projects and the expansion of existing undertakings for which offers of regional selective assistance have been accepted, or which have been allocated Government factories, since May 1979, were expected at the time to provide about 32,000 jobs in Wales over a three to four-year period.
