§ Mr. WigginThe cost of constructing hardened shelters for military aircraft at Leuchars, Lossiemouth ar d Stornoway is estimated to be about £29 million. It is expected that NATO will contribute about £24 million of this sum. A public announcement about particular projects will be made only if the circumstances warrant it.
